Joe Ruh supplied this information on the horizontal stabilizer flying wires for 14-19-2s.  It is unverified whether these same specs apply to other Cruisemaster models.  The specifications were obtained from the Bellanca Inc parts department in December 2000.

• 10/32 thread
• 0.190 diameter
• minimum strength 2400 lbs.

Length (inches)

• Top forward:  52.75"
• Top aft:  50.50"
• Bottom forward:  43.50"
• Bottom aft:  47.00"

Length appears to be rod length (tip to tip) not including terminal ends.  There are no specifications in the blueprints for flying wire tension.
